topic Integrate ArcGIS API for Javascript with FPDF? in ArcGIS JavaScript Maps SDK Questions

I am trying to find out if it is possible to combine the arcgis javascript api and fpdf so that I can auto-populate a pdf document based on an ID passed in the URL. Previously we hosted this data on our own server so I was able to query the data from the Oracle database to populate the table but since we transitioned the data over to a hosted feature layer, I can't seem to find any examples or information on whether or not this is possible or if there are any other methods that allow for using a pdf document as a template.

The attached images shows a portion of the form. I need to transfer some of the attributes from a hosted feature layer into these boxes which I already have mapped out in FPDF.
