topic Headless JS API App? in ArcGIS JavaScript Maps SDK Questions

I have recently built a JS API based web page. The user can call it with query parameters so that features are automatically selected, zoomed to, etc (kind of like a bookmark). In any case, they would like to use this as an API from a headless windows service. Has anyone done this and if so what approach did you use?
