How is it possible to provide a personally adjusted (with Javascript and HTML) Web App in ArcGIS Online for external users?

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have created a Web App with Developer Edition of Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS.

I also created some buttons in the App with Javascript and HTML, so I can´t easily recreate the App in ArcGIS Online.

The App is linked to my local pc server adress with the port 3364: https://localadress:3346/webappbuilder/apps/14/

Now I want to know how the App can be provided to external users in ArcGIS Online.

I would be very grateful if you could help me with this issue.
