    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since, you are using the "streets" basemap, the map gets the spatial reference from that layer. which is not Sweref99_TM. The graphics is not automatically projected to the map's spatial reference. You need to do that before adding to the map.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
