Refer the following sample:

Check the above sample.Keep panning to the right. The graphics will not show after map wrapped around. Is their a workaround to this issue?

Hi Nikhil,

Thanks for taking a look at our 4.0 API. As mentioned on https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/guide/functionality-matrix/index.html, wraparound for features is not supported in 4.0 but is planned for 4.1.
