Infowindow dojo sample widgets

Hello,
I try to use this sample widget
http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/javascript/arcgis/demos/widget/widget_infowindowchart.html

but in Firefox is Ok in every version of Internet Explorer has problems.
The first problem is in this point
var tc = new dijit.layout.TabContainer({
style:"width:100%;height:100%;",
}, dojo.create("div"));

there is a comma error.
But also solving this problem I have a problem with chart

"Riga: 14
Errore: 'this.rawNode.path' Ã¨ nullo o non Ã¨ un oggetto"

any solutions?
