ArcGIS Network Analyst - turn by turn text

Hello, this question relates to the ArcGIS Network Analyst extension 10.2 and greater. I am trying to establish whether it is possible to deploy a web application (ArcGIS Javascript) that returns a shortest path; and returns a turn by turn description dialog. I understand this is all possible with the Network Analyst but wondered if this functionality could be extended...

I have a road network that is essentially a GREEN (good to travel on ); AMBER (can travel if you meet certain conditions ) ; or RED (permit required to travel on ). Once a Origin and Destination is entered on the web map, a turn by turn can be generated. I would like for the 'turn-by-turn' description to be customised to include my additions/customisation in RED below whenever the part of the route is red or amber class:

Begin route A to B

1: Start at 12 Cameron Street

2: Go northeast on Cameron Street toward Genders Lane

Drive 150 m ~ < 1 min

3: Turn right on Genders Lane

Drive 180 m ~ < 1 min – ‘WARNING: TRAVEL ADVISORY – PERMIT REQUIRED’

My question: Is it possible to add custom text to the NA - 'turn by turn' text - where constraints (Amber and Red conditions) exist in the network?
