ArcGIS Server 10.0 Attachment Size limit

Dear All,

I am using ArcGIS Server 10.0 and publishing an ArcGIS for javascript website. The website enable the users to upload images as a feature attachment. However, I want to give a limit on the images size the user upload.

I read on the internet about limiting the attachment size for ArcGIS Server, but all I found was for ArcGIS Server 10.1 and later. Cannot find the one for ArcGIS Server 10.0.

They also mentioned about the way to modify the "maxUploadFileSize" property is from ArcGIS Server administrator. However, I cannot open the URL they mentioned (http://<my server>:6080/arcgis/admin ).

So now I need help on how to limit the upload file size on ArcGIS Server 10.0. Any ideas will be much appreciated.
