I have two environments, one LDAP-based and another non-LDAP based. I can authenticate successfully to a ArcGIS Map Services on a server that is part of LDAP. I cannot authenticate successfully to the Map Services hosted on the ArcGIS server that is not secured by LDAP. I get error 403. Can anyone point me to a solution to this issue? I have been wrestling with it for several months. Any help will be highly appreciated.
