Add Graphic Text to Map??

Is it possible to create a tool to let a user add graphic text to the map in a Javascript API app?

Thanks for the tips, I'll give it a try! I'm trying to add as much ArcReader-like functionality to my javascript app in order to move away from ArcReader.
