Layer toggle with info window

Hi!
I�??ve been building some Javascript applications based on the sample section at ESRI resource center.

I consider myself being a newbie on javascript, so now when I need to extend the samples, I get stuck!

What I need to do is to make this application

a bit more informative, by adding a drop down list with a dynamic layer toggle on/off,

I�??m looking for a mapping application similar to Google maps and it�??s �??More�?��?� button.

I see the functionality here http://resources.esri.com/help/9.3/arcgisserver/apis/javascript/arcgis/help/jssamples/map_dynamiclayerlist.html
but don�??t know how to extend my original functionality with this as well.

To make this municipality map even more informative, I need the dynamic layer to be able to query/identify.
I have implemented the query code on this application http://kartweb.staffanstorp.se/befintliga_planer.htm but once again:
I get lost in the code when trying to merge the applications together�?�

I would appreciate any help, and do apologize for the bad coding language in my applications�?�
