We do support IE9 but I'm not sure about mobile. I'm not aware of anyone using our API on WP7.5. We'd love to hear how it goes if you end up doing it.

Seems that the browser in WP7.5 does not pass the pinch and swipe type gestures to the map control (but instead use them to zoom and pan the whole browser only), so pinch and pan do not work. The same problem occurs with OpenLayers.

We have quite a few users who would like to use the JavaScript API on Windows Phone 7.5. We have tested it on Nokia Lumia 800 (and a few other phones). And as said earlier on this thread, the map navigation does not work. I have read somewhere that dojox.mobile soon will support Windows Phone, so it would be great if Esri could do the same.
