Print Output Scale Slightly Off

I am having an issue with the printed output from the map matching what is shown in the browser as far as scale goes. The print output appears to be zoomed in a bit more (larger). Below is a sample of what the client is sending the server (10.1) - anyone see something that would cause this behavior, or experience the same? Thanks guys!
