Set visible scales sample is broken

I've been having this problem after moving to the most recent api version. When setting LODs the map will not show the correct tiles when zooming in past a certain scale. It pops back to a previous scale.

The current ESRI sample for Set visible scales is doing the same thing. It wont zoom in past the initial extent for me. I've tried Crome and IE. Is it working for anyone? Bug?

FYI -- I tried this in Firefox 20 and I see it, too.

Hello,
I am having this issue as well. My map will not zoom to the scale I specify, in 3.4 it zooms out much further than my feature extent. There are no problems with this in version 3.2.

This is a bug that will be fixed in the next release (version 3.5).
