      <title>Linking to local copy of Arcgis API</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am wanting to link to a local copy of the javascript API that I have downloaded and I dont really know where to start.
