web map from json

Hello,

I need to use the arcgisUtils.createMap to create a map, but I have special needs.

1. I want to create the webmap from a file stored on my server.
2. I am using a json for that webmap that stores csv data, and I want the ability to crate and update only the point data of the csv from an sql server in the json file.

I am wandering if anybody did something like that or have an idea about these two issues.
