Why map move following the mouse though left mouse button not been clicked

I have a question. thanks for several minutes.

Q: when I choice a item of a grid then the Dialog of the grid hide, and the draw toolbar open , when I draw a line, sometime i release the left

mouse button ，and then move the mouse, the map move follow the mouse ,when the mouse stop the map stop move ,I don't why ?

Before you activate your draw tool do you disable map navigation?

map.disableMapNavigation();
