      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am now browsing the dojotoolkit.org site and realized that most of the css files such as soria.css are part of the Dojo library so they can be downloaded from this site&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://dojotoolkit.org/reference-guide/1.8/dijit/themes.html#id10"&gt;http://dojotoolkit.org/reference-guide/1.8/dijit/themes.html#id10&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I thought that this css files were Esri cutomizations or owned by Esri.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
