Alternative to ArcGIS API for Flex's CompositeSymbol

CompositeSymbol is not available in ArcGIS API for JavaScript but we used to enjoy this class in Flex, Is there any alternative solution for this?

I want to group moving Taxi PictureMarkerSymbol PNGs with Label TextSymbol on left and right to indicate Source and Destination address.

Is there any alternative.

I came accross this Fabric.js Javascript Canvas Library. This makes use of Groups.

I was wondering how to use it with PictureMarkerSymbol and TextSymbol to create a group/ CompositeSymbol.

Any clue would be very much appreciated.

Abdul,

I have not seen any alternative to this for JS. The advice you got on this thread is the best workaround I have seen. How do I combine TextSymbol and a picture symbol as we do in Esri Flex API?
