      <title>Circle over feature layer</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I want to add a circle with a radius with esri.tasks.GeometryService over a feature layer, see attached picture.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The features outside the circle are clickable but not inside.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What I have to do to make the features inside the circle clickable?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
