Widget scrollbars not appearing

When I add a widget to my map the scroll bars do not display. I have tried a Legend widget, a Layer List widget, and used an Expand widget for the former.

Am I missing something?

ArcGIS JS Api 4.X, Angular Typescript, Chrome

Do you have some errant css rules that sets the apps overflow to hidden?

I don't think so, but there is a third party shell component

I did notice that when I collapse the browser horizontally the vertical scroll bars appear?

When I manually place the widgets the scroll bars appear

The only problem is the manual placement

Paul,

You need to inspect the widgets and see the inherited css rules that are being applied and from where.
