I know this will be a piece of cake for somebody out there so I sure could use some help getting started. I???m trying to use the JavaScript API to build a simple app to allow the user to click on a parcel and have the Parcel ID get passed to a form used for signup purposes??? name, address, etc. to be submitted. This will work as a tool to allow citizens to pick a vacant property and register/sign up to maintain it. I can build the map and the form but haven???t figured out how to make them work together. Thanks in advance for any help.

How are you implementing the form? Is it on the same page, or a different one?

I'm open to either way. I was thinking more of a infowindow type form with a submit button at the bottom that onsubmit writes the Parcel ID and the collected form values to a table... but I'm not being picky at this point.
