RequestError in printing when proxy resides in other server

Hi,

My client needs to be able to print a map but....
He has a limitation that says, that nothing has to go through its Web Server. That means, that he can host a JS APP application but cannot host a proxy.
I guess that's why he gets an error when he tries to print (the right button on top). Attach a screenshot.

I also read that the proxy needs to reside on the Web Server that hosts the application here: http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/40466-Editing-map-using-Proxy (see remark of Derek Swingley).

Is there a solution that will still enable printing without having the proxy & application on the same server?

In order to reproduce the problem, you can try installed the zip file under your IIS and call the application with :
http://localhost/Print10/newPrint.aspx
