WFS can return data in a number of formats using the output_type parameter, at least in geoserver.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am confused about the difference between the Map Server WFS and Feature service&amp;nbsp; !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does&amp;nbsp; Map Server WFS allows deletes/ updates, ...&amp;nbsp; ??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does it server Json or not ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
