LayerSwipe and Basemaps

I'm liking the new Layerswipe concept. Is it possible to use it to swipe between two basemaps (index 0) and leave all the operational/overlay layers unaffected?

Can't seem to figure out how to do that.

I appreciate that. Since we use a basemap gallery im going to have to modify to get the current basemap and swipe based on another layer, but that is totally doable.
