    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I downloaded from esri resource the new 2.3 api JS.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I noticed that it's missing the 'esri' folder in the zip they have missed it or it's ok so? because In the installation steps there is the esri folder!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
