Failure to Load services.arcgis.com

On all of my websites (Development, Staging, Beta and Production) I am having an issue where the map actually shows up correctly in terms of the location that I have requested but the data does not. I am getting the following error.

Failed to load https://services.arcgis.com/P3ePLMYs2RVChkJx/arcgis/rest/services/USA_ZIP_Codes/FeatureServer/0/?f=json: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'https://brandview.auditedmedia.com' is therefore not allowed access.

On Friday, the maps on all of the websites worked correctly displaying not only the map but also the data as well. Today they no longer worked. The only thing that changed was on Saturday our SSL certs expired and we had new ones put in place. There has been no code releases to any environment or any other changes. Has anyone had this issue before and what needs to be done to fix it?
