JS Sample Not Working. (Analysis - Calculate travel time and distance")

I am just starting to use ArcGIS API for JavaScript. But this sample does not work for me. I suppose the problem is because of my account status. I am using a trial account which is said to have 60-days free trial and 200 credits for the analysis. I have attach the screenshot with errors in Chrome console. Can someone help me with this? I think I probably should do some extra operations for subscriptions in my Esri account. Thanks!

I will likely have something to do with your account and available credits then. I can login and run the analysis just fine using my organizational account.

Hi Robert, thanks for the information. I agree that this is probably something to do with the trial account. I am wondering did you change any settings to subscribe the online analysis? Because the trial account is said to have 200 credits. Cheers!

I did not use a trial account as my org maintains our maintenance on the software and thus have a organizational account.
