Can't view layers on samsung s10

hi all ,

I've created jsAPI 4.15 map which can be viewed and operate in many devices apple and android except the samsung galaxy s10 series, including note.

It seems to effect only vector layers not tile layers, , when you loads the map you can view only tile layers.

It also effects maps which loads webmap item , it just does not display the map.

I not sure what is the problem , maybe last update of ONE UI 2.1 ,

does any one know how to workaround?
