Incomplete legend when print

Hi guys! I have a problem with the captions when I print the map. Some caption items do not appear in the pdf (and others) and I was unable to find a pattern. This caption is generated through a ClassBreakRenderer. I'm forgetting something?

print service includes legends only for features that are currently visible in the current map extent.

I know, but as you can see in the images above, the legend is visible, but part of it is not displayed when printing. Any idea?

I just noticed that when printing some classes do not appear. However, they are on the map. So, I believe that it is not a problem of legend, but the export of classbreaks. Any suggestion?

It would also be helpful to know what version of the ArcGIS API for JavaScript you're using, and what is the version of the print service?

Hi. Thanks for responding. The API version is 4.15. The print server version is 10.5.

I took an example from the API itself and adapted it with the code I'm using (classbreakrenderer). I still intend to create one with my data to have a faithful test case, but maybe this will help. Note that when exporting to PDF the caption is not apparent, even if it appears on the screen.

Unfortunately, the above represents a different issue, and a known print limitation. If the data is sent via image to the print service, then the legend is not generated for the print-out. We have that doc'ed as a known limitation.

Hi guys! In an attempt to create an example to put here, I found that my problem was the print server !!! I had one in version 10.5 and one in version 10.61 and was using 10.61.

At 10.5 it worked perfectly! But there is a problem, this server will soon be updated to version 10.61, so my problem will come back. Do you know of any changes that were made from version 10.5 to 10.61 that may have caused this?

Unfortunately, I did not find a print service in version 10.61 public to put in the example, that is, the code will work well. the sample code looks identical to one sent earlier. Is that just a typo or that is how it supposed to be?

This is exactly the expected result. However, I cannot reproduce it using the print service in version 10.61. In the default version and version 10.5 it works perfectly, but in 10.61 the result is this:

Note that there is 1 class missing in the legend and some red dots are not being plotted.

send me outputs from 10.5.1 and 10.6.1
i'd like to see what is the difference
also use the browser's Dev Tools Network tab to capture the requests made by print widget to both 10.5.1 and 10.6.1 print service
- and send them to me

Looking at the screnshots, it looks like the problem is that in 10.6.1 output some point features are drawn in orange instead of red, correct?

it looks like a bug to me. The good news is that the bug appeared to be fixed in 10.8 and above
