localizator - Tax parcel Viewer

Hi, how can configurate the widget "locate" of template "tax parcel viewer 10.2", I configurate the property "Default Extent" but when i use the buttom locate the application show the mesage "you are courrently outside of souported area".... someone can give me a hand...

i wasn't able to find any references to a configurable "defaultExtent" property. where exactly in the source code are you seeing this?

nevermind. i just realized that you weren't talking about the application i mentioned above, but rather

The locate tool in this application is not intended to be used to return to a 'previous' extent or 'default' extent, but rather to use geolocation to pan the map to the location of the end user.

clicking the button calls the function ShowMyLocation() at line 345 within utils.js. it doesn't call code within Locate.js.

if you see an error when you are running the app from somewhere that should be identified as within the extent of your own basemap, theres a possibility that the call to a geometry service at line 353 to convert the GCS coordinates to the map coordinate system is failing somehow, so i recommend stepping through that section to debug it.
