VectorTileLayer's spatialReference must match the SceneView's spatialReference.</P><P>2. VectorTileLayer's tiling scheme has to match <A href="http://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/publish-services/linux/available-map-and-image-cache-properties.htm">ArcGIS online tiling scheme</A>.</P><P>3.
