Simultaneous usage of ArcGIS JavaScript 3.30 (2D) and 4.13 (3D) in the same application

Hi,

I am working on ArcGIS JavaScript 4.13. Few functionalities which are available in 3.30 V are not available in 4.13. Can we use both APIs simultaneously in the same application?

Please guide me. At this point of stage, I can't revet to 3.30 version.

...and change MapView with SceneView in the Codepen to get the 3D globe.
