    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't done this but you might be able to use HTML 5's File API to &lt;A href="http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4112575/client-checking-file-size-using-html5"&gt;determine the size of the file&lt;/A&gt; being submitted.
