      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;since graphics are drawn on the client (and developers define their own symbology) there is no automated technique to retrieve legend swatches as you can when the symbology displayed is defined by the server.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
