Editing the popup content of polygons in a sidepanel form

Hello

I search for a JS template in the manner of "GeoForm", where you choose the polygon type from a template picker and add the attributes not in the pop-up window top of the feature/map area, but besides on side panel in a form such as GeoForm.

Does anyone have a solution or can cite a reference?

You would have to combine these three samples to get what you are after:

Template picker widget | ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3.19

Popup content in side panel | ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3.19

Using the attribute inspector | ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3.19

I have not seen where someone has done this before so there is not much more guidance available.
