I have an application that is using the JavaScript 3.30 and in some browsers the map does not load and the screen is black??

Can you share your application? What browsers is it not loading on? Is this something you have made yourself or gotten from esri?

I am able to see the map in both IE and Microsoft Edge

I have version 11.592.18362.0

The map works for me as well in both IE and Edge. Are there any error messages in the console when it doesn't work for you?

It works for me also but I have users that it doesn't work for. I can not replicate the problem so I can not troubleshoot it.

Sometimes there are specific Compatibility Modes in IE that can cause this issue. I would ask your users to make sure this is set to the appropriate version.
