Print problem with Javascript API

Hello all,
I'm using Javascript API v1.6. When I print the map, i only got the last layer added to the map.
Is there any way to print a full map without exporting it to PDF or any kind of tricky solution ?
I just want to print !

i created another page with only the map. The only difference was on the print.htm, i referenced the 1.1 api and it prints perfectly...don't know why. Hope this helps.

If I can find any simple solution for printing with version 1.6 I will let you know ...

Can you Please told me , how can you create a new page with map only.

I have a web page with multiple title layer services , dynamic layers and graphics on top , In this case I want to make a print page which will contain map div , title and scale bar.

It will be very helpful to me , if you told me how can you make a new page with map div only , do your new page map has the correct extent?
