Add an image/logo an exported map using the print tool?

Is there a way to add an image to an exported map using the print tool? I want to add a logo to the maps we export using the api, but I can't figure out any way to do so. It doesn't seem very customizable.

I believe you can do this by creating an MXD in Arcmap that gets placed onto your ArcGIS Server and is referenced as a print template by your JS API application. Unfortunately, documentation about printing is pretty sparse so you'll have to search the forums about print templates (I haven't done this yet, myself).

..but i'm still a bit stumped on how to use the things i did in those links in my print tool.
