    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm having problems trying to figure out what is causing this issue, any help would be appreciated! I get an error and then my layers will not reorder.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Here is a link to the viewer:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://dev.geostor.arkansas.gov/G6/g6_map_template.html"&gt;http://dev.geostor.arkansas.gov/G6/g6_map_template.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To replicate the issue:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Click Hybrid (it should work)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Click one of the other layers&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Click on Hybrid again and the layers do not order properly&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Here is the error:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Chrome console:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Uncaught Error: NOT_FOUND_ERR: DOM Exception 8&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Firebug:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;uncaught exception: [Exception...
