I'm defining a FeatureLayer with a refreshInterval of 15 minutes. I need to react to updates that are caused specifically by the refreshInterval. The update-end event seems to be triggered by several different causes, including changes to map extent and time extent. This is too general for my use case.

Is there a way to capture FeatureLayer updates that are caused specifically by the refresh interval?
