topic Map Panning on IE on WP7 in ArcGIS JavaScript Maps SDK Questions https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-javascript-maps-sdk-questions/map-panning-on-ie-on-wp7/m-p/238193#M22144 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><SPAN>Hi... normally I can find solutions to my issues with ArcGIS by searching but I can't quite get the keywords right on this one and am hoping someone here can help.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>I have a mobile-optimized web site that uses the ArcGIS for JS API. Even though it is meant for a mobile device, I have tested and it works just fine on the three major browsers. It also works just fine on Android and iPhone.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>However, on the Windows Phone, when I try and drag the map, it is not dragable.
