Editor widget fetching more than one feature when clicking on map

I'm using the Editor widget in javascript API v 4.13.

I have an esri map for a building with 6 floors, when I'm clicking on the map, the editor widget is fetching all the features from all the floors.

Any idea about how to tell the editor to fetch only the features from a specific floor only?

Please find attached a picture to explain the problem and a snippet of initializing my editor.

As we can see in the picture, multiple features are selected, I only want one feature to be selected which is on the same selected floor.

Any Ideas?

How do you have your data set up? If you could narrow down your workflow and show it in a sample, it may be easier to help.
