I have started the PrintingTools service and changed the printer app url in the code to reflect properly for our server. However, when I run the code the print button is unresponsive. I haven't changed anything else in the code. </SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Looked through the API reference and saw the parameters need to be defined, but looks like there are some defaults already defined in server manager.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Any ideas.
