      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am going to be developing a app that helps handicap people navigate around campus and avoid obstacles such as stairs and construction or maintenance. This is going to be deployed on mobile devices and on the web. I was wondering what programming language would be best and the most flexible.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
