Hi Tony,

A 3D measure widget that displays the distance between two points is on the Dev roadmap for Web AppBuilder (WAB) in 2018. It will first be available in WAB embedded in ArcGIS Online, then released in Developer Edition, then in WAB embedded in Portal for ArcGIS.

The 3D measure tool is well welcomed by our users. I'm wondering if there's a plan to extent it to measure volume above or below surface?

No plans as far as I know. Please post your enhancement request on the https://community.esri.com/community/arcgis-ideas site. I would submit the idea under the "ArcGIS for Developers" for the JavaScript API and "Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS" categories.

Jack, I'll definitely be upvoting this one.

Derek, do you know if there are any plans to save measurements as in-memory graphics within the scene? It would be very useful to have saveable measurements that I could toggle on or off using the slideshow widget.

Something similar to what you are asking for is being discussed but it is not in assigned to a release as of now. We appreciate the feedback and requests, keep them coming. Thanks
