The issue starts after graphic-move-start fires and continues until graphic-move-stop fires. This issue started this week, which leads me to guess that it has to do with browser updates. I am experiencing this issue in Firefox v59,&nbsp;Microsoft Edge 40.15063.674.0 and Chrome&nbsp;<SPAN style="color: #757575;">64.0.3282.186. The event has never fired for Chrome for me.
