    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there anyway to control how overlaying tiles are blending together on the end users screen?&amp;nbsp; For example:&amp;nbsp; When a 100% white tile from "Tiled Map Service A" is over/on top of a "Bing Imagery Basemap" the bing tile will still show through but without color.&amp;nbsp; This would essentially be a saturation mask.&amp;nbsp; (I think most computers should be able to handle the raster math processing client side...)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;See the examples below.&amp;nbsp; It would be nice if the other blending modes from the "list" could be used too.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[ATTACH=CONFIG]15826[/ATTACH]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[ATTACH=CONFIG]15827[/ATTACH]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
