Web Safe Only Colors for Unique Value Renderer?

What color schemes (if any) are supported when using a unique value renderer in ArcMap? If I choose to symbolize based on unique values, choose a field, add all fields, then choose the "Basic Random" color scheme, most if not all of the colors are reported as "Undefined" in the REST description. I assume this is because the color is not web-safe?

How can we choose this option without having to go into each individual symbol and specify a safe color?

Just got the word back from ESRI Tech Support that this is a bug @ v10 pre-release.

[#NIM057974 Publishing a MSD map service that has layers which is symbolized using unique values will return the color as "Undefined" in the REST Endpoint for the map service. ]

Using a MXD instead of an MSD will give you the correct color values and not an "Undefined" value.
