    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi All,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I have a base map on top of which I will load a feature layer.Then I will plot some points using lat and log.Some of points may fall on earlier added&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Feature Layer.I have to get all the point that are fallen on earlier feature layer , can anyone guide me on this.Secondly can I treat all points that I plot &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;on map as a feature layer as I do It using graphic object .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
